PIPR has secured a drink booth at this year's Red, White and Blue Ash event on July 4th, 2025. We (and a group of our volunteers) will be happily serving drinks to all the partygoers at the event, while collecting donations for the rescue!
This is a HUGE event that hosts local food vendors, rides, games, drinks, music and a fireworks show put on by the Rozzi's!
Come out and join us, have some fun, and help us raise money for Perfectly Imperfect Pet Rescue!

Yes, you read that right! We're in the process of getting the fostering section of our rescue up and fully running!
Up to this point, we've only had Fosters for specific animals, for specific reasons. Whether that be a veterinary assistant fostering a cat who needs daily medication, or a nurse who is fostering one of our surgery patients during their recovery.
We want to expand that to as many of the animals in our rescue as we can, because without Fosters, we wouldn't be able to do what we do.
Once the final details are hammered out, we'll make sure to have a big announcement!
We've recently been contacted by a local farm looking for some help. They have an estimated 20-30 cats that have been dumped over time and despite taking good care of all of them, the owners don't want any more litters of kittens to happen.
So, we're going to renew our efforts to TNR all of them to stop more litters of cats from being born.
We've agreed to take any kittens that are found (or any that have just been born) and find them good homes. The other adults are doing wonderfully at the farm and they've agreed to keep them and continue feeding them.

CH stands for cerebellar hypoplasia, a non-progressive neurological disorder in cats that affects their balance, coordination, and fine motor skills. It's also known as wobbly cat syndrome.
CH kittens are difficult to raise, but as adults, they can live long, happy, wobbly lives. Depending on the severity of their condition, CH cats could require very little additional assistance, all the way to life-long care.
CH cats and kittens are extremely unlikely to survive in the wild, but they are the absolute happiest cats in the world.
